The FC Dallas Girls’ Academy, currently participating in the ECNL, continues to set the standard for developing elite female soccer players. Recognized as one of the top academies in the country, the program has claimed multiple league and conference championships, including two National Championships. Since 2018, the academy has achieved 46 National Team call-ups across 10 different countries, with 35 players representing the USYNT. Notably, alum Monica Alvarado competed in two World Cups for Mexico. The program has also produced 12 current and former NWSL players, including first-round draft picks Reyna Reyes (Portland Thorns) and Diana Ordoñez (Houston Dash), along with 13 international pro signings. Additionally, FC Dallas Girls’ Academy players are consistently recruited by top NCAA programs, further solidifying the club’s role in shaping future soccer talent.

FC Dallas has also excelled in tournament play, with its teams making a strong impact at the Dallas Cup. In 2023, FC Dallas won two out of four Dallas Cup Championships, finishing as finalists in the other two age groups. The FC Dallas U17s secured their third consecutive title, contributing to the club’s total of five Dallas Cup Championships since the return of the girls’ side of the tournament. The academy’s excellence was also evident in ECNL competition, as FC Dallas became the only ECNL Texas Conference club to qualify all six of its teams for the ECNL Champions League Playoffs in 2023, a feat it repeated in 2024. That year, the 2007 team finished 5th overall in the nation.

On the international stage, FC Dallas Youth players Trinity Armstrong and Kiara Gilmore showcased their talent at the 2024 FIFA U17 World Cup, finishing in third place. The program’s success continued into 2025, when Trinity Armstrong became the club’s first teenage alum to sign a professional contract at just 17 years old with the San Diego Wave. In its inaugural season, Dallas Trinity FC also signed three players—Natalie Wagner, Olivia Belcher, and Kiara Gilmore—to amateur contracts, allowing them to train and compete in the USL Super League.

The FC Dallas Girls’ Academy remains at the forefront of female athlete development, setting high standards in coaching, training, and player advancement across the Americas. With a strong history of success at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels, FC Dallas continues to lead the way in shaping the future of women’s soccer.
